THE BOOK OF JAMES (2nd series)

There is no life without God for God is life and as you can't separate a man from his word so also you can't separate God from his word. He said heaven and Earth will pass away but not a jot of his word will, that explains that God's word is everlasting just as God is. And John 4:63; says, the word of God is spirit meaning it can't go outdated, it is sharper than any two edged sword....

....all of this is to enable you understand why we need to continually on a daily basis feed on God's word for our family, relationships and for life as a whole. It is a builder of destiny and purpose. So, I believe that even as we continue in unraveling the truth in this book, our lives in all areas will experience divine shift in Jesus name.

    TODAY, we will feed on James 1:5-8

...verse 5: Tells us that if you ask for wisdom, God will give it generously without finding fault: “If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.”

It is God that gives wisdom. 

first of all, you have to acknowledge the fact  that you lack wisdom and then, ASK. you will be given!

    The God we serve is a generous/liberal God, he is very quick to give than to take from us, besides what do we have that he hasn't given us?...... God is saying here that when we come to him in prayers, we should do so with the understanding that he knows us deeper than ourselves and he desires nothing more than our happiness and that we be at peace.

        Over time, I've come to a place in my spiritual walk with God, where i know that God is always willing to give, so i always go to him receiving. I go this way; Lord, i receive wisdom to handle this issue of life and BAM! here comes the answer. brethren, God is all out for you!

When you have wisdom, YOU ENJOY; prov. 3:14-24

• progress
• honor
• result
• long life
• sweat-less breakthrough

No wonder Solomon, asked for wisdom when he could have asked for other things like many of us would have done if the card was thrown at us, guys, wisdom is actually one stone that can be used to kill many disturbing birds flying around in our lives. 

>>>>>Prov. 3:13; Happy [blessed, considered fortunate, to be admired] is the man who finds [skillful and godly] wisdom,

And the man who gains understanding and insight [learning from God’s word and life’s experiences]

...verse 6/7:  But he must ask [for wisdom] in faith, without doubting [God’s willingness to help], for the one who doubts is like a billowing surge of the sea that is blown about and tossed by the wind. 7 For such a person ought not to think or expect that he will receive anything [at all] from the Lord,

the writer makes us understand something about prayer here, when you go to God in prayer, you go to him in FAITH, asking in faith, not doubt. when you ASK from God a request, you ask him believing that He can do it and He will do it.

FAITH: IS HOLDING ON TO GOD'S WORD CONCERNING YOUR LIFE, RELATIONSHIP, FAMILY....REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATIONS AROUND YOU UNTIL ITS BEEN FULFILLED OR MANIFESTED PHYSICALLY.

the bedrock for answered prayer is faith. for without faith you cant please God, how then can you receive from Him.

Thanks be to God for causing us to triumph in Christ. this is my personal believe, Christ has already finished all that needs to be finished in my life, all i need to do is walk into them by faith on the finished work of Christ, thereby living in the reality of them.

...verse 8: being a double-minded man, unstable and restless in all his ways [in everything he thinks, feels, or decides]

Is a natural law/analysis of life;  A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. there is something about people who lack confidence or are wavering spirits that is so annoying. i personally don't like such category of people around me, this category of believers are never stable even in their decisions, that is why, they never stay or get established anywhere, whether in marriage, business, e.t.c. God is saying such category of people never receive anything from him.

One benefit of speaking in tongues is that it induces boldness in us, and the worst thing you can do to yourself as believer is to lie to yourself, so if you have not received the gift of the holy ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues, here is an opportunity for you,:

I decree now, wherever you are the you RECEIVE the holy spirit into your life, and experience the fresh baptism of the holy ghost and now command your mouth be open to speak in the language of the spirit. AMEN!

I admonish you to keep the fire burning in your various place of residence, keep speaking in the language of the spirit to exercise your spirit and if you'r been afflicted with that unstable/wavering spirit, i decree your liberty now! and establish your freedom, TODAY!.... Alleluia!
