Leadership is not a ticket to miss out of the inheritance of god.

the fact that you are a leader doesn't side line you from the promises of god and neither does it make you the right and special beneficiary of gods' promises for his people.

the understanding should give you the sense of fellowship even as a leader.

the truth is that, until you become a follower yourself, you will and cannot attain that height of LEADERSHIP!

follower-ship to god and to the ones he has placed over you in/by phase.

SCRIPTURE: Rom.13:1-2

there are things Nature teaches us!..FACT!...the law of KARMA

when you truly and solely serve(follow), leadership will not be a thing/position to blow your head out of proportion.

LEADERSHIP: LEAD er SHIP

you are the lead on a ship, lets take the kingdom, group, unit, nation tribe..etc as the 'ship', you are the 'Lead' among the people on that ship, this explanation emphasizes on the the lead as part of the people in that ship but yet among this people, he leads.

it means, everything, conduct, patience, love respect, he leads, in decision making and idea incubation, he leads.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN THEN TO LEAD????

To lead mans: to guide, or conduct in a certain course, show the way, to direct, to counsel, to instruct, to be foremost or chief among, to direct by influence.

these phrases explains tn clear terms, what leadership is about and what you ought and is expected of you to be crowned that leader!

As a leader, YOU ARE AN INFLUENCER!!!

you have an anointing to freely allure, penetrate the hearts, strong hardheadedness and decisions of your fellow-followers

your ability to understand this and walk in line with this truth is what gives you the hedge among 'leaders'

i believe Moses tried his best in putting all these qualities and functions through as a leader but at some point as we see in the categorical story the bible paints on their journey to the promise land. but he failed as a lead not to withstanding

he failed as a fellow-follower which resulted in his failure as people leader culminating into his punishment as stated in Deut. 3:26&27

the LEAD of all LEAD is GOD, the power of all power is GOD!

Rom.13:2, says; whosoever! therefore resists the power resists the ordinances of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves 'damnation'.

it is evident that Moses got punished for his misleading. 

damnation is relative to your position with god and man(followers)

many a times, so called leaders, behave and walk in a path, take some actions as though they themselves are not subject to a 'higher power'.......they instruct and conduct as though they themselves ae not under instructions from the most high. 

the truth is, they themselves will experience their own order of damnation just as the followers themselves in their own proportion.

NOTE:

•              Your position shouldn't make you miss God
•              Your position shouldn't make you miss your inheritance
•               Leadership shouldn't be the reason for your downfall
•               Lead with the mindset of bring an example to your fellow-follower and not a dictator

ONE WAY LEADERS MISS IT:

In teaching and encouraging their followers.....Deut. 2:28

But commission Joshua, and encourage and strengthen him, for he will lead this people across and will cause them to inherit the land that you will see.

one major responsibility of leaders is to train(teach)  by encouragement. many leaders this days don't even care neither do they encourage the next generation (followers) to take to their heels to fulfill the divine call on their life

a trait that must done away with in this dispensation is the trait of staying in a position to live in that position forever. 

that is the problem we have in our governmental positions today, where someone assumes a position only to stay in it for life. where then are the leaders of tomorrow we sing and talk about. how do we groom the leaders of tomorrow with such mindset.

that is why the call is out for end-time armies of great, fearless and genuine leaders who would correct this trait and pave the way for correct leadership.

Many...many in the valley of decisions...only if they could be taught and encouraged to rise above the menace of this times and assume their positions as pathfinders and trail blazers, glorifying god all the ways!
